The office is situated strategically along the North South Highway.  Its location enables the Company to easily service clients in Bangi, Kajang, Cheras, Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Dengkil, Sepang, Mantin, Pajam, Nilai, Seremban, Puchong, USJ, Petaling Jaya, Subang, Damansara, Sungei Buloh, Kepong, Selayang, Sentul, Setapak, Wangsa Maju, Brickfields Sentral, Bangsar, Banting, Klang, Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley.

The Principal Of D-Choice Properties

The principal of the Company is Mr. Vincent Yeo Eng Khun. In 1994 Mr Vincent Yeo E K resigned from from the post of Assistant General Manager of a modern lime manufacturing company and joined Kim Realty on 16th October, 1994 as a Real Estate Negotiator.  Realizing the vast opportunities and prospects in property industry, Mr Vincent Yeo E K took a theory course with SK Brothers in 1995 and passed The Board Estate Agents Examination Part I in 1995/1996.  After receiving practical training with Uniproperties E343 (1st December, 1995 to 4th February, 2002) and Kimfield Properties E893 (5th Febuary, 2002 to 31st. May, 2003), Mr Vincent Yeo E K (E 1794) passed the The Board Estate Agents Examination Part II and was awarded on 1st June, 2003 the authority to legally practice real estate agency in Malaysia through the firm D-Choice Properties E(3)0914.

Company's Mission

Our Company's mission  is to be "The Dependable Choice Registered Real Estate Agent".  Towards achieving this mission, the Company will provide the training and assistance to its staff to practice estate agency professionally.  The Company provides to its staff professionally designed names cards, signboards and media advertisements to project a corporate image.  The Company provides seminar training, on the job training, on-line training and assistance through its members' web site.  The Company's  staff are instructed to practice estate agency following the rules as required by The Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia and with the following code of ethics in mind:

1) Negotiate towards a win/win deal.

2) To render total commitment to clients in serving them.
